Refund and Cancellation Policy
Sales at Markets & Events
All Sales Are Final.

All items purchased directly at markets or events are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is processed, the transaction is considered complete.
Private Functions & Catering Events
Cancellation by Client:
If the client cancels 14 days or more before the event date, they will receive a refund equal to 50% of the security deposit (which represents 25% of the total event cost), payable via check issued by The Gumbo Shop LLC. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date, no refund will be issued and the full security deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation by The Gumbo Shop Chico:
In the rare event that The Gumbo Shop Chico must cancel, the Client will receive a 100% refund of the security deposit, issued via check.
Acknowledgement
By confirming and/or signing an event agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
