First Annual Boucherie

Step into a true Cajun boucherie—early summer style. We’re serving up a whole spit-roasted hog, carved in-house, alongside the Gumbo Shop classics you already love: our signature gumbo, cornbread, and the smothered green beans that had everyone talking last season.

We’re bringing in real-deal crawfish pies straight from Louisiana, stacking plates with that shrimp boil–favorite potato salad, and keeping it fresh with a crisp house salad to balance the heat. And when it’s all said and done, a light sorbet will cool things off just right.

The hog will be carved to order, with plenty set aside so you can grab what you want, when you want. And like any proper Cajun gathering, expect a little lagniappe—a few extra bites that might just make an appearance.
