A majestic turducken stuffed with traditional Cajun boudin sausage—turkey, duck, chicken and that smoky, rice-rich sausage filling all rolled into one hearty centerpiece; a generous helping of shrimp jambalaya simmered in deep Creole flavor; a hearty bowl of chicken & sausage gumbo with fragrant rice made to satisfy three; creamy Southern-style potato salad; haricots verts (that’s just the French name for green beans) smothered in bacon, onion & tender potato; and three seductive slices of New York-style cheesecake, draped in caramel and crowned with a massive praline. Early-bird price: $125 until Thanksgiving — then it rises to $150. Boxes ready for pickup December 23 at The Golden Beaver Distillery Still House located at 2420 Park Ave, Chico. One box will feed 3 people.
